I am a registered psychologists and a member of APS. I developed this approach while working in a parents' helpline. I have presented the procedure to hundreds of parents and they were all extremely grateful for the approach they had never heard before.

The technique virtually follows basic principles of how young children learn and develop. It is a common sense once you understand the principles. Parents should not wait for the researchers to prove any strategy that has been found to work for them.
